Is there already a direct link to my ERP system?

Will I be working with two systems? Both inOne as well as my ERP system?

Can portioning and packaging be organised at customer level?

Yes. Portioning and packaging can be fixed, or variably set, per customer. By creating order lists, and including the different portions and packages, you make it even easier for your customer to order. As a result, your production knows what can be ordered and can make preparations.

Can multiple people order via 1 account?

Yes, each orderer creates their own user profile and is given a role. Administrator (administrator of the account) or Member. The Administrator invites colleagues to place orders as well. Because each orderer creates their own user profile, you have insight into current orders!

 

If I start working with inOne, will it be my 'own' webshop?

Yes, inOne is not a marketplace. You decide which customers can place orders and can access specific product and price information.
