How do I create an inOne userprofile?

  1. Go to your email and click on ‘view invitation’*;
  2. Click on: ‘Accept Invite’;
  3. Click on ‘Create new userprofile’;
  4. Complete the form and click on ‘Submit’;
  5. Go to your email and click on ‘Activate user profile’;
  6. Login directly to the orderplatform by using your email adress and password. When logging in, your user profile will be connected to your inOne account;
  7. Now, you can order online at your supplier by logging in to myinone.com or on the green inOne application. Download the app in the Appstore (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

How do I login to my inOne account?

Go to myinone.com or download the green inOne app and login with your userprofile (email adress and password). Download the app in the Appstore (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

How do I place my first order via inOne?

  1. Go to ‘Order’ in the left menu;
  2. Click on the name of the supplier;
  3. Select a delivery date;
  4. Click on the orderlist name to switch or click on ‘total’;
  5. Add products to your shopping cart by entering the right quantity per product;

    a. Add products by amount.
    b. Add products by clicking on the product, enter the amount at ‘order option’ and click on ‘add to shopping cart’.
    Trough the inOne app
    a. Change the quantity by clicking on the number two times and enter the right quantity on your keyboard.
    b. Change the quantity by clicking on the number and then on the plus symbol.
  6. Click on the shopping cart at the top right when your order is complete;
  7. Eventually add a remark;
  8. Click on ‘Order’;
  9. Your order is created!
